Every eligible order on LootEdge is protected by our Warranty. This means that if your order doesn’t arrive as described, or if there’s an issue with delivery, you’re entitled to support and resolution, no matter what.


When the Warranty applies:

  • The item or service wasn’t delivered

  • The delivered item differs significantly from the listing

  • Access details don’t work or are revoked

How to use the Warranty:

  1. Go to the order page where the item or service was delivered

  2. Click on “Open Dispute” to let us know there’s a problem

  3. Optionally, contact our Live Chat if you need help or have questions – we’re here 24/7

Once you open a dispute, our team will review the case and help resolve the issue. In most cases, the seller is contacted immediately, and the funds remain securely held until everything is clarified.
